Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know exactly how Mechanismbike Heating & Air works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Our Role as a Referral Service

Mechanismbike Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you call the number on this site or submit a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Mechanismbike Heating & Air for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Mechanismbike Heating & Air. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
