You tell us what is going on. We point you toward independent HVAC providers in our network who serve your area and handle your kind of problem. Whether a provider is available, and how soon, is up to that provider. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance their area requires
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a Written quote first, before starting larger work
- Treat your home with care
- Be honest about repair versus replacement
The provider, not Mechanismbike Heating & Air, is responsible for the work, the price and any warranty it offers.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not perform repairs or installations.
- We do not set prices or sign contracts for you.
- We do not promise arrival times or outcomes.
- We do not decide whether your insurance will pay for anything. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners are not asked to pay us to use this site. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. That does not change your right to compare quotes and say no. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
